Client Satisfaction Survey Results

At FJS Rehabilitation Consulting, Inc., we have commenced a client satisfaction survey for 2008 which will be published on our website quarterly and cumulatively.  We strongly believe in accountability and this survey will help us reach that goal.  Secondly, this survey has been developed to assist us in ongoing improvement.  Client feedback will help us determine which aspects of our program to keep and which aspects need adjustment.  The questions that were sent out were to be given a rating of 1 thru 5, where 1 was "strongly disagree" and 5 was "strongly agree".
